If a Match is Suspended or Cancelled: If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets placed on that match will be refunded to members. If a match is suspended after starting but before reaching the required threshold (e.g., a minimum number of overs in cricket), the result will be considered void and all bets will be cancelled.

• Cricket (ODI/T20): Match is void if the minimum required overs are not completed.
• Football: Match is void if less than 70 minutes are played.
• Tennis: Match is void if no set is completed.

78 bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Use of false or forged identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or violation of terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious gaming activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Being under 18 years of age.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be refunded in accordance with our policies.

78 bd takes a firm stance against fraudulent activity. Any of the following actions will be considered fraud:

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
